Nirnaya Da' NSK's Educational Tour With Nava Dailo

“Nirnaya Da’ NSK Educational Tour with NAVA DAILO-2006” aimed to collect unused books, stationary goods and other educational materials along with clothes form various schools in the valley and it did just that. The collected items were donated to the school of rural area where students are incapable to purchase such materials and orphan home in Kathmandu valley. Another intention was to support school in rural area set up a library from this program. Some of the places these materials were donated were school in Nuwakot, Mohatari-Janakpur, Charity Nepal-Manamaiju and Thamel Area.
As we all know the fact that in urban city like Kathmandu when students pass out, their books, and other educational materials are either locked up in the store room or sold to a rubbish collector. Their endeavor is just to make those idle remained educational materials and clothes reach to the needy students and orphan children. This program hopes to encourage the students of urban areas to help their mates in the rural area and orphan/helpless children. This program will also help to change the older perspective towards parentless children and the students will see the orphan children with care, affection and support.

Nirnaya Shrestha (Nirnaya Da NSK), a prominent hip-hop singer in the sky of music had led this program with his co-singer Prasna shakya. Other eminent celebrities also joined this program. There was a musical show and talk program on the importance of education and helping needy students and helpless children. The scheduled dates, celebrities and names of schools where this program had taken place are mentioned here below:

Dec 11th : N.K. Singh Memrial EPS & Kathmandu Valley School
